Community Connections EBA Survey

The working conditions and entitlements at Community Connections are set out in an Employee Collective Agreement.  This Agreement was certified in 2005 and whilst it ‘expired’ in June 2007 it will continue to operate until you negotiate a new Agreement.

Earlier this year, ASU members at Community Connections approached the union and asked for support in negotiating a new Agreement.  The ASU has now met with the organisation to talk about this and it has been agreed that the union will be involved in the process.

The first step for the union in any negotiations is to find out what your priorities for a new Agreement might be.  To that end and in consultation with union members in the workplace we have put together a survey to be filled in by anyone that wants to give us their feedback – both union members and non-members.

So if you want to tell us what you think is important you can fill in the survey form by close of business on Friday 30th May

Please note that all information collected is confidential.

Results will be collated by a union official and no information about how any individual has filled in the survey will be provided.  You will see that we ask that you fill your name on the survey form.  This is solely so that we can be certain that there are no irregularities with the survey results.

The union will formulate a position based on the feedback that you provide in your completed surveys.
