Workforce Capability Framework Workshops print page

Interested ASU members invited to attend Free Workshops:

You may recall that in 2009, the ASU participated in a reference group to develop a “Workforce Capability Framework” for the not for profit sector, through the Office for the Community Sector.  The pilot Framework was tested with some agencies in the Gippsland and Dandenong region, with some adjustments made as a result.

Please find set out below information on four workforce capability framework workshops that are now planned for March.  Please feel free to attend, or forward to appropriate colleagues to attend.

Those who attend will receive a copy of the framework, toolkit and capability cards, as well as a copy of our new recruitment and selection toolkit.

Workforce Capability Framework Workshops

Does your organisation struggle to recruit and retain staff?  Are you looking for ways to make performance planning and appraisal easier?

The Office for the Community Sector (OCS) has now completed work on the development of a Workforce Capability Framework and is holding FREE workshops on how the Framework can be used by Victorian NFP organisations to assist with many human resources functions, including the recruitment and retention of staff, as well as performance planning.  To find out more, and to register for these workshops, please visit the OCS website:
